327F.38  FIRST AID AND MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR
      EMPLOYEES.
         The department shall adopt rules requiring railroad corporations
      within the state to provide reasonable and adequate access to first
      aid and medical treatment for employees injured in the course of
      employment.  A railroad corporation found guilty of a rule adopted
      pursuant to this section shall, upon conviction, be subject to a
      schedule "one" penalty.
